We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to manage, develop and maintain an internal sophisticated backend system. The developer is going to be part of a dedicated development team.

The backend will have an advanced workflow process integrated to a business case frontend Application. In addition to delivering a finalized product the successful candidate will be heavily involved in driving the backend overall strategy.
 
Working relationships (internal/external):

• Product Development Managers – Internal Customer, working with the Brand Product Development teams to develop ideas concepts and solutions that help the brand/business department to meet their objectives
• Developers – working very closely with the global development/ engineering teams 
• Project Managers – working very closely with project managers effectively working across multiple projects and delivering to deadlines

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Development of Enterprise Java Beans. Working closely with the app development team 
• REST WebServices based on models specified by OData
• Management of a JBoss application server is an advantage
• Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and realize products
• Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions
  
• Optimizing performance for the backend
• Attend industry events / conference – both attending and presenting
• Create robust and conclusive technical documentations

We are looking for a mobile iOS app developer to manage the design, development and maintenance iPad/iPhone apps. The developer will accompany the entire app lifecycle right from concept stage until delivery and post launch support. The developer is going to be part of a dedicated iOS development team, which is specialized in mobile enterprise solutions.
