Louvre Abu Dhabi, UAE

Seize the opportunity to revolutionize the digital world while enjoying what you do at the Louvre Abu Dhabi. Visitors can use the scalable in-house guide to intuitively discover the 8600 square meter museum and its exhibits, download high-resolution images, in-depth texts or audio files for a selection of galleries and thus learn more about the history of the museum and its architecture - in 3 languages.

Your tasks

As support staff at NOUS you

• visit the museum regularly, and
• take photos from artworks in the museum for our image recognition feature,
• enter content into the content management system and test it,
• support museum staff when questions arise,
• communicate between the museum and NOUS and report regularly by e-mail,
• maintain a courteous relationship with staff and representatives of the museum.

Support Staff (f/m/d)
State Museum of Egyptian Art, Munich

Your tasks

As a support employee at NOUS

• you visit the museum every two weeks on average
• check the software and hardware of our multimedia guides and infrastructure on site
• support the museum staff with questions,
• communicate between the museum and NOUS,
• install new devices and install software or content updates,
• repair our hardware and replace spare parts,
• write logs and error reports.

Your profile

We are looking for you if you

• are enthusiastic about mobile applications and art and culture,
• have a good technical understanding and manual skills (soldering, repairs),
• can keep an overview and are well organized
• have a friendly and communicative personality and think and act in a service-oriented manner,
• are responsible, flexible and team-oriented,
• have good language skills in German and English and live in Munich.

Software Tester (f/m/d)

As a software tester at NOUS, you will ensure quality for existing installations and applications and test new products for functionality and usability to guarantee a good user experience. You will work closely with our project managers and developers in a fast-paced environment and contribute significantly to the development of quality assurance strategies.

Your tasks

• Cross-platform testing of websites, web apps and native apps, mobile and TV
• Creation of test cases
• Analysis & documentation of the test results
• Driving forward test automation with suitable tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress...)
• Management, expansion and maintenance of the test device pool
• Ongoing further development of quality assurance and test procedures
• Communication and close cooperation with product managers and developers

Your profile

We are looking for you if

• you are enthusiastic about mobile applications and apps,
• you have ideally completed a technical apprenticeship and
• have already gained experience as a software tester in an agile environment (ticket tracking, test automation tools, APIs, JSON, XML, network analysis tools such as Charles Proxy),
• you are characterized by attention to detail and problem-solving skills as well as quick comprehension and strong communication skills,
• you have the ability to work to tight deadlines,
• you have a responsible and independent way of working and
• very good German and English language skills.
